Frequently Asked Questions

Who will I be talking to?

You’ll generally be talking with someone with a technical background because we’re a technically-focused company. You might talk to our President, who’s a no-nonsense engineer, or directly with one of our engineers.

What will we talk about?

The main focus will be on working toward solving your problem technically. First, you’ll answer questions that help us understand your requirements, then we’ll briefly touch on the business side (budget, timing, fit).

When will I hear from you?

You’ll almost always hear from us within 1 business day. But more often than not, you’ll be contacted within an hour or two to schedule a time to chat. You’ll answer a couple of additional questions at that time, to offer up some context.
